Hi,

I am considering purchasing or taking over a lease in the interest of reducing mileage consumption on my other cars. Timeframe is in the next 1-2 WEEKS. Flexible in color / options. Looking for one car


Here are my necessary criterion:

0) Can be a 3,5, or 7 series. Years 2007-present. Would also consider other make / models (such as C,E,S class Merc or Audi, etc)
1) MUST BE A SEDAN
2) MUST HAVE AN AUTOMATIC
3) must have at least 1k miles / month (if it is a lease)
4) must have under 30k miles (if it is a purchase


Here are things I would like

0) lease ending by end of 2010 OR SOONER
1) sports / premium packages
2) navigation
3) Park Distance Control
4) ipod / HD radio
5) tan / light colored interior
6) good incentive for taking the car over

here are things I don't want

1) tuned / modified vehicle of any kind. This includes exhaust / engine mods / lowered vehicles. wheels / tire are fine.
2) I don't want to trade cars with you, or buy anything of any sort
3) a coupe / convertible offer. I already have a coupe and a convertible 335
4) 6MT
5) car with less than 1k miles / month UNLESS it's a spectacular offer
7) No 328 or 528s, 525, 330, 325 please.
8) I don't want to trade with you if you're from NIGERIA

thanks for the info.... it's an 06 with a 330... would prefer a 335, hence the 2007-present. I'm surprised that there's no one wanting out of their lease given such general guidelines..... maybe there's not many sedans out there???

I got a loaded Sparkling graphite with everything but Cold weather package, payment is 680 including taxes and more then 1k a month. Car is Immaculate but it has black interior. I'd be willing to work a deal with the mods on it or stock I know you said non modified but that's going to be hard It can be back to stock easily though

I have an AW 335 sedan with a lease deal of $525/ mo with 1400 miles per month remaining for a year. Sounds like what you want but check out the link to the craigslist ad. It has a couple mods but as I said in the ad, they are easily reversable if need be.
