NorCal - Bay Area Tint Shops

Can anyone recommend the very best Tint Shop in the NorCal Bay Area market? Peninsula preferrably, San Mateo area.

I have heard good things about Auto Mall Tint Factory. The best place I think is California Auto TInt in campbell but they're really expensive. I got a quote of $375 for my E90. THe Auto Mall TInt Factory in Fremont is a lil cheaper I think (around $280).

I just got mine tinted at Auto Mall Tint Factory and they are good! Plus they are the official tint shop for SF BMW.

I would recommend going with them if you don't mind driving a little.

If you really want to stay in the Peninsula, I have also heard ADS Mobile in San Bruno doing a good job. (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=103217)

Hey chris, I'm taking my car into a place called Omega Tintworks next month over in pleasanton, the guy quoted me for 275 for full install. I mentioned that the rear window might have issues if he used a metallic tint, so he offered to use a ceramic tint for only $10 more. I asked if it was just for the rear, he said no, for the entire car!!!! So $285 for full ceramic tint, hard to beat that... Let me know if you're interested, I could give you his number and all. Or do a search on the forums for Omega Tintwerks, i believe another guy took his car there to get a clearbra done from them as well. The person I spoke with (Vincent) sounds like a very cool guy, and he offers a lifetime warrantee on both the tint and clearbra installation.

Looks like you changed your mind on the car meet... I'll see you there tomorrow!

My friends that are bringing in their cars (accord and civic) got quoted less as well, but he says it's because their installs are easier than mine.
