Best sounding cheapest bluetooth adapter?

If I don't care about being able to use my steering wheel controls or see text on my stereo, what's the best cheap bluetooth audio adapter? I plan to just use my aux input, not my USB. I just need it for internet radio so text display isn't an issue.

Aux Input Sucks But a FIfo Dac or something like it

apparently helps.
There are a lot of cheap streaming adapters but you get
what you pay for .
If you do a search for bluetooth streaming here a lot of stuff will
come up.

Wouldn't a DAC still be plugged into the Aux input or is there a way to bypass the Aux input?

the kinivo bt adapter actually sounds very good when streamed via an android phone which is capable of aptx protocol. If the cd deck is a 10, and the usb input is a 9 I would say the aptx x bt via aux is an 8.

Why not get something like a Tune2Air which uses both USB and Aux?

I'd like to use my USB for a memory stick.

The Belkin bluetooth kit works pretty good. I routed the wires under the center dash trim into the armrest.

My 335i also doesn't have Bluetooth. But I bought the Kinivo BT-455 and have been using it for a few weeks now and it's pretty good.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JK0G8KC/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1432615700&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX200_QL40&keywords=kinivo+btc455&dpPl=1&d pID=31GEHVHGBML&ref=plSrch

All you have to do is when the phone rings, switch to aux from the steering wheel button and press once on the Kinivo and it will answer the phone and it's pretty clear sound thru the stereo speakers. Also what's nice about this one is it can pair at least a second phone. Works well for me since sometimes my wife drives the car. Hope this helps.

good to hear. I too have been happy with the kinivo. if your car already had bluetooth then you just use the car bluetooth for phone audio and the kinivo for the media audio. you set this up in the phone.
