Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and I need some help!
I found a really nice 335i with Sport, premium, nav packages for a good price. its a 2007 with 36000km. I have yet to go test drive it, but I'd like to know if there is something i should be looking for. I currently have a 2004 325xi and I know what to check for in a e46, but I have no idea about new models. Any help is appreciated, I will of course take it to my mechanic but I'd like to look at it myself and see if I can find anything. Thanks for helping! ![]() |

nope, when they first came out they didnt come with one which is why the cars had an overheating problem.

Check if they've replaced the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP).

Regardless, 335s without oil coolers rarely if ever overheat on the street. If the car is under warranty and you have a good SA/tech check it over for the obvious you should be fine.

![]() Of course check CarFax! Also, what do you consider a good price? Sounds like a good car, well equiped. What is the color combo? |

Warranty is key. I have replaced two fuel pumps and added oil cooler. You should not have to pay more than 30K. Mine is fully loaded with 34K miles early 2007 but current wholesale quote yesterday was $26K.. lost 50% in less than 3 years. I would not buy new BMW again. Buy used. You might even look for BMW certified but don't let them raise the price and it should have 6 year 100K warranty. Good luck.. I love driving mine. Tom
