A car, an investment - ah, no.
Not unless it's a Hemi or super rare car that you can purchase before the market went crazy. That car is auto also, they don't seem to fetch the prices that 4-speed cars do. Sweet car, but I'd put my money in my house before I'd buy that as an investment.
Sweet ride - if you want it to enjoy it and not worry about ROI.

If you have cash, there are some amazing buys out there right now in the classic car market. Go look at the latest episode of Garage 419. They talk about some recent ebay steals such as Porsche 996 for like $45k. If you have cash and know what you want, it's incredible - because the people who own these cars lost their shirts and are desperate for cash.
It's a buying opportunity, but not necessarily an investment because who knows when the market will recover.
