will they fit e90?

Been looking at a set of wheels for my e90, but will the fit?? info supplied is -

FITMENT:-

PCD OF 5 X 120
WITH AN OFFSET OF ET15/22MM
STAGGERED FITMENT

2x 8.5x19 (front) - 2.5" LIP
2x 9.5x19 (rear) - 3.5" LIP

And if they will fit, what tyre sizes would I require?? Also would I be able to lower the car in the future, no more than 30mm

No, ET15 and 22 will not fit (that 5 series fitment). You'll need an offset of about ET30-ET35.

Sounds like 5 series fitment to me as well. +15 is pretty low and if you were interested in running that you'll probably need a good amount of modifications for it to clear the fenders; fender rolling/flaring, camber, stretched tires.
