Ontario Insurance Companies / Hookups?

Which insurance company or broker are you dealing with?

What kind of coverage are you getting?

How much are you paying (approximately)?

How many cars?

How many drivers?

Any "young drivers" on this policy? (i.e. under 25 years old).

Lets have at it folks.

I'm going through AllState.

3 cars: 02 jetta TDI, 08 e92 335i, 09 caravan.

4 drivers: 2 parents, my little brother and I.

We're paying about $7,000 a year

I'm hoping to find something cheaper.

I'm turning 25 this coming summer, so that helps.

I pay $1800.00 a year on my 335. The result of being over 25 and having a perfect driving record. God Bless.

You'll probably get a break when you turn 25. I know I did.

I'm 36 and have a pretty clean record (no accidents ever and one speeding ticket in the last 3 years - no points) and I pay $1613/yr. with Scottish & York.

Wow...that's way too cheap if it's standard coverage with $500 deductible for 2 cars. I am paying $253/mo for mine 2007 328xi & 2009 A4 2.0T Prem with $1000 deductible.

I just released I have my house bundle in there too(this is not included in that price). And it's $0 deductible for both and 2,000,000 liability.
TD gives so many discounts, like colleges you went too...
I also phoned TD 3 times and got 3 different prices and obviously this was the cheapest one they gave me. I was with an insurance broker that had me with Wawanessa and just for the 01 S4 I was paying $140/month with $500 deductible.

I found RBC and TD were the cheapest. Especially with the $0 deductible.

I thought my first year here was bad! I paid around $6000 for my first year (2006 330xi), 2 drivers (myself + fiance at the time, now wife, both of us are now 32), I went through a broker and was insured with pembridge. That was due to my wife having a couple of accidents on her record and me having no insurance history in Canada.

Now in my third year of insurance and I'm down to $2000 per year. My wifes accidents have no gone off the record, plus we moved out to Markham (from downtown Toronto).
