Engine Idle Shudder - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Yesterday as I'm driving to work my engine had two episodes of idle shudder right after each other while at a stop light. Now I've read in other threads that its likely the fuel pump but I've not gone into limp mode yet nor had the check engine light come on. Should I take it in for inspection? I've had the car for a year now and this is the first time I've experienced this condition.
Btw this is a Sept 2007 car.

i believe the fuel pump issue is related to the twin-turbo engines only? if you have a 323, it might be a different issue..

This happened to me long time ago, but it has never happen again
haven't really spoked to the dealership regarding it though..

sound like either HPFP or bad batch of gas!!
