HOLD ON HOLD ON, let me get this straight...

1) He did this to you:
2) Now you feel like this:
3) Then this:
3) If you ever see him in person this would probably happen:
4) After the fight this is him:
5) After the fight this is you: :finger:
6) The whole time this is me:

Paypal will not do anything about this unless you bought this through ebay. You have no buyer protection what so ever on the condition of your purchase. I know from personal experience from the past.

false, if you put the condition in the paypal email sending money it is a contract and they are bound by it, if you can prove otherwise then you get the money. i always put the description and pictures if i have them in the paypal email

The question is whether the OP did this or not.

Regardless if he did or not. He bought a used set of coilovers. There isn't much paypal can do. Unless the seller sends him a rock. It is hard to prove that the coilovers has been used by 2 different owners. He can just say he bought it from Long and sold that and then he bought another one.

The seller is in a win/win situation. This might be hard for you to get a refund on this.

that sucks bro. I uncovered KBMW69 (he is the one with -3 itrader) I hope you get your money back. Fight the paypal claim as you can state that the goods are not as described. Paypal will investigate and you should win.

Dear E90 post members

First thing I will refund full amount $900 to the buyer by tomorrow.
I promise all E90 members.

Yes, I admit I was dishonst on selling my Used product.
Yes, I bought it from Long for $800+paypal fee+ shipping cost.
Yes, I didnt mention I was the 2nd buyer and exact milage.

But I can say I didnt sell any defected item. If buyer dont want then of course I do refund. I recently sold my tires and BBS Cap and other products too.

I am not scammer or try to be a thief. I love car and love to mod as well.
I am sorry I was late to reply, but have been busy at work and one of my friend contact me about this situation with this post.

So I apologize to all make you guys mad and I am really sorry.

Sorry to see that happen.

To add to claim about this user, we have been chasing SonicMS/bskim81 for a chargeback payment for a full OEM e92 m-technik we shipped to him. Payment was processed but later issued a chargeback after kit was delivered....

It was a general courtesy to avoid bringing this to the forum for past 3 months but we feel the people on here should be aware of this as well.

We are not sure if this is a payment issue by SonicMS as they sent payment to us on your behalf. Nonetheless we kindly ask payment to be remitted to us asap.

Yup, I had the same experience when VQ Motoring lied and sold me broken shit. You have to go through you CC company or bank if you used checking.

Edit: I see this looks to be coming to an amicable close but what I said above is just "in general" rules they have at PP (which really sucks by the way)
