She's finally Here

After waiting since Memorial day, She's here. Got her on Thursday night, but it was raining, so was Friday. Finally, Satuday, I can give her a proper bath. I just love the exhaust note of the new 3.0 engine, much better than the 3 liter on the X5 or my old 325Ci. Went and change the Runflats right away to Pirelli PZero Nero in 225 40 18 in fronts and 265 35 18 in the rears. Can't wait until break in ends Here are some pics.

Thanks KL. Wished I was back in DC with you guys instead of Florida. The mountains of West Virginia and Skyline Dr. are pure bliss. All I have to look forward to is flat highways with the occasional offramp. The pics of Passport really looks great. Can't believe they cleared the lot for you guys.

Thanks Nikki. The first two shots were taken with a Canon EX550 flash as fill in. Makes the color look more deep or just changes the exposure to make it look more deep.

Thanks for the compliments...we wanted to do something different wrt meets and I believe we pulled it off. We are still aiming to match or beat the strong numbers generated by the Norcal/Socal and UK group.

Yep I agree FL is too flat and the roads are too straight. I lived in miami-dade for 6 years

Congrats You mind taking a close up picture of your rear wheel with fender included. Reason I ask is because I got the same tire in 255/35/18 size and wanna upgrade to 265 and wanna see the differance. Thanx in advance.

I agree...I didn't think so at first, but after looking more and more the sedan (equipped with 18"+ wheels) is way better looking.

You can put 265s in the rear on 162s? Damn it, I should have gone with that over the 255s I got with my PS2s.

265s don't affect the car much. It adds .9MPH when you are traveling at 60MPH, so if you are traveling 60, you are actually traveling 60.9. The tires need to be broken in. I've got only 150miles with 120 put on Saturday. It rides so much better than the RunFlats. I'll take pictures when I can.
