How to remove the rear seat side panel on a coupe

Looking to remove the panel next to the rear passenger/right seat - almost like a door jamb but since there is no rear door...

Need to access the fuel pump control unit which is under it.

Car is coupe w/ folding 60/40 rear seats.

Here is a snapshot:

^ Thanks.

Found it last night after I fired up TIS. Once you know how to do it it's easy...
  • lower seatback, wrap seat belt around head rest
  • pull hard at the top of the side panel
  • once the top is loose, rotate panel towards center of the car
(it's a pivot around the lower inner point, and at least for replacing the fuel controller that gives enough room to do the job w/o removing the whole panel)
the panel is not plastic, it's the same material as the upholstery.
