Turbo Rattle

So new to the 335 world. Picked up my 07 335i coupe with 46000km on it last week.
First things first.... WOW! this car is AMAZING! endless power thoughout the power band. No complaints at all.

Now my turbo rattle....
When I start the car I notice a rattle, im assuming is coming from the turbos. It dosent last long, maybe 2 seconds, but it is pretty much every time i start the car. Is this normal? Or should I bring it in for service?

Thanks in advance

It's bad, but not a show stopper. We're starting to see a lot more of these. Search for 'wastegate', and you'll see that your not alone.

If it's only when you start the car then it might just be the exhaust flap. You could try plugging the vacuum line that goes to the drivers side muffler and see if it still happens.
