Well Warren (HotRod182) has done it again

He is using the "JB3 1.3 melter map" on a pretty much stock car. I have been told he took out his front seat for this run and is running a lightweight battery.

Only mods...
VP109 and Hoosier slicks

Great job Warren

If BMS and/or hotrod were in the Bay Area we'd have seen a 11.6x by now at Sacramento

Forgot to add. He is still racing if anybody wants to swing by. Heard he just went 11.82 @ 120+. Traction isn't the greatest but he is close to 11.7x

Wow, and imagine if he had all the bolt-ons and an lsd to help with traction.. he'd be running 11.5's on the stock turbo's

Actually my quickest time was 11.783 seconds. Unfortunately I lost some mph due to letting the trans shift by itself.

i'm sure others will want to try and replicate if not beat what you ran, so the more you can share the better.

I think he is running a customized JB3 PC board to allow for higher duty cycles on the wastegates in order to run the turbo melter map.

Probably boosting around 17-18 psi on an otherwise stock setup.

Goes to show that boost and octane are probably the two most significant contributors to performance.
