i am glad i have a 330 because the 335i is going to be one fu*king expensive 3 series!

$2100 over the 06 330 just for the engine upgrade with twin turbocharge...not bad at all. 45hp/$2.1K, that's ~$47/HP.

thats a pretty crappy price increase on the 328. i was hoping they would add the xenons in as standard equpiment. 1500 for 15hp and 15ft/lbs of tq seems like a less than spectacular deal.

i wonder if they will change the wheels and the trim to make it go a bit more upmarket. or does it retain the matte black trim and ugly (IMO) wheels of the 325.

Can you pls post the wholesale prices when they are up on centernet later today?

i agree - those improvements do not justify the price increase. maybe they also reflect a yearly price increase bmw would've added even if there were no changes? i'm also not happy that they increased the price of the premium package by $250 while including 4 years of bmw assist. all i can guess is that assist hasn't been selling very well...

You must pay if you want to play.
I think $2100 is reasonable though....its the same increase for the 328 if you opt for the Xenons.
Both models are a great buy either way you slice it......
but I didn't think BMW would let you get away with just a $1K increase.

Crap. I agree. I was hoping for additional standard features too.

Since I am in the market for the 325/328, I can't see why I wouldn't just negotiate the best price for a 325? I don't see the value for an increased $1,500. Am I missing something?

Factor that with the fact that the 325 will most likely be sold closer to invoice than the 328 and the spread will be much larger than $1,500. Perhaps $2,000+.

What do you guys think? What would you do?

Both models are a great buy either way you slice it...... but I didn't think BMW would let you get away with just a $1K increase.
