damn man!!
I just saw your thread.....love love love the e30's. I was very close to pulling the trigger on an e30 m3 w a s50b32 swap and 6speed....such a sick car. oh, and get the RS's no questions asked, one of my favorite wheels ever. funny, we both had/have heavily modded e92's and now we're both stepping back to old school BMW's on different coasts. Only thing is....you got to keep your e92. anyway, best of luck and enjoy the process. I cant stop going to my garage and tinkering with this car. I can tear it apart and not worry about pissing off sensors everywhere. Just yanked the dash apart and redid the stereo and added usb connections, bluetooth, sirius and a sub. So much better on the sound department now. best of luck!

Luckily the previous owner added a very sweet Alpine radio with iPod control and USB connection. I just hook up my iPhone and go. I'm already talking with a few e30 owners about engine swap. Toying with the idea of S50/S52 or M50 with turbo. Gonna weigh out all the options and decide which route is best for me. ![]() |

Nice... I miss my E30's.... I had one with a mild swap (M52), and that seemed to be plenty for me. I miss how fun and involving those cars were to drive.... Back when you didn't really care if it didn't have 200hp under the hood, you still had a ball behind the wheel.

Congrats on the pickup! I love my E30 dearly, sure you will too. Have done lots of work on my own so if you're curious on things feel free to shoot a PM.
