RD LED vs. E92 Angel iBright Review (Lots Of Pics)
Today I installed on the driver side the AiB to compare with my RD LED angel eyes. The RD have two LED's that aim in each angel eye tube and the AiB is one big 10w LED which is aimed towards the back of the car and is reflected into the the tubes, thus creating more brighter outer rings than the RD's.
I'm still not sure which set I will keep, but here's the pics... RD LED is on the passnger side(left)/ Angel iBright on driver side(Left) Direct sunlight Sun to the rear/side Check out that reflection Night time with headlights off/on

I have RD angel eyes and I really like how they look at night. If you use DRLs then iBright is definitely the way to go (from those 2 choices). I don't care about DRLs so I have it set to off. Thanks for sharing

I agree, they do look good but I would prefer them to be a little more visible during the daytime. the HID kit is too bright on the inner ring. I'm waiting for Mark's kit to come out soon. Seems promising and reasonably priced. |

The AiBs look great, but I like the bluer hue of the RD LEDs. Time to put those two together!

What I like about the AiB is that they match they stock HID's very well.

I have the Angel iBright's
I don't think the price tag matches the product performance. Pros: Very nice white color, pretty bright, looks great in the dark. Product is well constructed/made of good materials. Cons: Rings only look fully lit when viewed at a head on angle. At any other angle the rings are spotty. Too pricy for what it is. |

Can somebody explain please how the hell AiB can cost $300 ?
I can imagine that it takes time and money to develop such product, but in my opinion it doesn't justify to ask that much. Of course any vendor can set its own price but for me it proves there is simply not enough competition. Hope it will change soon... |

Looks great! I'm gonna do this too!
HID's won't be too hot and melt the rings right?

RD's
i just installed the RD's and i use DTR's on my E90. can't see them at all during the day. going back to stock.
about marks project, anyone know is it for just E90, E92's or both. and does it matter if you have xenon's or not. i was reading when the thread started last year, and he thought the new angel eyes by the end of the year, (2008). good things come to those who wait........
