Can you PM me with some details? PM me what browser you are using along with the e-mail address you registered with so I can have our programmer look into the issue you are having. We have lots of orders coming through and this is the first I've heard of this happening. Hopefully we can resolve it quickly or figure out what's happening.

I had the similar issues - if you're on a mac check your firewall settings - I turned off little snitch and the firewall placed an order and turned it back on. Don't know if we're having the same issues though.

Just placed my order and wanted to give you some feedback with the new site:

- Love the new "Add to Cart" feature. Clean, easy, fast and convenient.
- Also like the new subcategories menus for sorting by price, brand, and manufacturer.
- The new views make browsing very enjoyable. Nice to be able to see all the details on one page, makes it very easy to compare different products.
- Might not be a feature of the new site, but I greatly appreciate the quality pictures of the products. Can even read the label on most of them!
- Very minor annoyance: I found myself constantly clicking "read all customer reviews". Might be handy to have more than a couple load on the product page itself? Reviews are important to me as a buyer; I enjoy reading what others think about a product and about their experiences.

The site looks good, loads quickly, and makes shopping easy and convenient. That combination is a winning site in my opinion. Great job!

Thanks for sharing that info with us. I sent it over to our programmer to research that some more, but it's good to know that can help solve some checkout issues with Mac users. Appreciate the feedback

Jopa, thanks for the feedback on the new site, greatly appreciated! Glad to hear your enjoying some of the new features on the site.

Regarding the reviews, since it's still a pretty new system for us, some products only have 1 or two reviews. Perhaps when we get a certain amount for each we can start adding some more to each page. The other thing is we plan on adding more information on the product pages so we need to keep it somewhat concise and not take up too much room with reviews. More good stuff on its way.

I just finished placing my order after five days of reading. I hope this pays back. I am preatty new to detailig and I have never used this nice products.

I enjoyed the new web site a lot. It provides really good information specially for someone like me that is not a pro.
