Is Lucus fuel treatement safe for 335?
Has anyone used Lucus fuel treatment in their 335? I use it in my other cars with no issues but have not used it in the 335. Will it cause issues with the fuel pump considering the many issues folks are having with the pumps?

I use the BMW fuel system cleaner (Chevron Techron) and have no issues. (I also use only top tier fuel)
I figure most of these are snake oils anyway but since the Lucas product isn't recommended and warrantied by BMW, I'd stay away from it in case any problems do arise. (Even though it may work better than Techron) |

And after reading http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=260201
I'd suggest not using BMW's cleaner either. |

Is there a reason you feel you need to use a fuel treatment? I wouldn't use it unless the car is either old or has apparent fuel system problems. Even the best stuff money can buy is not the greatest for your engine seals.
