It's not pre-cut for PDC so either one of you can use it!! Dave its a simple swap for you and Carmine its as simple as a bodyshop or a DIY making the holes that are premarked and using your existing bungs!!

Hey Gtrain, I might be interested. I was going to pick up the M-tech package from tischer. Where in NYC are you located? Bumper brand new unpainted with all necessary hardware included?

It's not pre cut the cutout area is lined up so that you can cut it out yourself.
