Can you make adjustments on the exhaust? I would move it forward and up a bit.

I'd say try to go up a bit. These tips so stick out farther than stock on my car as well which is something I've read pretty consistently on here. Mine don't sit that low I don't think though.

Do you have a picture of the whole car that shows the exhaust?

Some members had that problem. I myself had the PE installed two times on my car and both times the tip sat perfectly so I am not sure what's up.

The PE tips are designed to stick out further than the stock exhaust tip. It looks OK to me. Maybe you should take a pic of the whole car and we can see more clearly if it sits too low.

that doesn't look like the performance exhaust. my PE does not have the actuator in it, and yours shouldn't either.

that LOOKS like the PE, but ive never seen one with the actuator in it either?!

if it bugs you a muffler shop can slide your tips back and angle them for you. it only ran me about $30 and im really glad i had it done, it took them less than 30 minutes.

The non U.S. PE exhaust has the flap still.

How do you keep a BMW in Egypt? I would sleep in my car if I had to park on an egyptian street. Just so many chances of someone scraping up your car in the narrow passes.
