When Shiv said that the latest firmware updated, the 117, was "BT friendly" what did he mean?
I recently experienced some problems with my BT, right after uploading 05/29 Stage3 map through firmware update #115. What happened is that the condition base service is a mess. My rear brakes' pads were to be replaced according to the last regular scan I had. On the following I had it looked like also the front ones are to be replaced, but they're new!!!!!!!! And that was confirmed by BMW assistance, where I am now. One more thing: when clearing codes on the I-drive appears a warning for some kind of ABS malfunctioning, it goes away right after codes are cleared. Once again: if a BT scan is made with the car running V3 firmware update #115 is it possible that things get jammed? ![]()

I'd still prefer steering wheel audio buttons for map changing.
1) You can display results on dash (right above where you're pressing) 2) I don't have homelink (LOL) -scheherazade |

My low boost map peaks at 11.5 or so on the gauge. It's closer to 45%. Even when I was stage 1.

Ok, thanks for confirming.
My other point/question was to check out if the whole jam thing regarding Condition Base Service was due to the non-compatibility of firmware 115 with the BT or not........ ![]()

Preface: 2007 335i Coupe, pre-29.2, PROcede Rev I, DCI, Forge DVs, race gas mix - approx 95 octane.
Kinda late to the game here - too busy at work right now to keep up with E90Post.com, but I uploaded the pro01v03beta117.bin firmware and 5-29 Stage1_6AT map this afternoon and I want to report back that the reports from Rev I users are accurate. The boost is a bit quicker to pick up and it's definitely flat with none of the fluctuation that I had in the past. It's a nice improvement from the 2-19 map I have been driving. I continue to have no codes whatsoever, shadow or otherwise, as reported with the BavarianTec Tool, Enthusiast Version. Coming up on two years with the PROcede installed (starting with V1.47) with no problems - love the tune.

remember to soon turn your DTC off....or your rear brakes are going to get a run in with some serious usage

Shiv, could you please at least make a keyboard shortcut to start/stop datalogging? It is really inconveniet to use touchpad mouse to start/stop datalogging... Especially when there's no passenger.
