Has anyone experienced any problems with Nurdynamik?

I ordered the CF grille from Mike about 7 months ago. Shortly after one of the pieces of CF began lifting from plastic backing. I sent him pictures and he quickly informed me he would replace it without me shipping him back the new piece. Which I found to be EXTREMELY courteous.

Originally he told me the new part was stuck in customs and he would keep me updated. I've sent about 10 emails since with no response. Cell phone number I had for him is no longer connected. He has posted messages to the board since I have sent the emails, so I know he is alive.

At this point I just want the new piece and am willing to pay for a whole new grille. What do I do here? I can't even get him to respond.

dont worry about it.
you will have new piece soon, i have sent lot of OEM parts to him, yes they were stuck at custom, and he will send eveything back very soon
I sent him all the OEM parts, 1 of them is your grill ( hood piece passenger side)

Well since I initially posted this I got a response ...

Requested my address and said the item in question would ship immediately. I responded promptly and again have heard nothing back ...
