To ED or not to ED?
How much does an ED typically save? And I mean with ticket price etc. included. I am thinking I might just fly over for the ED and drop it off at the closest shipping site and come back.

on a car that's been out for a while the saving issnt that much since you could get it for $500 over invoice or so. However, on a new model like the E92 335i, the savings could be significant.
I got $800 over ED invoice for a few members here. There's about a 3400 diff between US invoice and US MSRP. THere's another 3000 diff between US invoice and ED invoice. That's about $6400 difference between ED invoice and US MSRP. take $800 off of that and you'll end up with $5600 savings. Take another $1000 off of that for airfare and you'll end up with $4600 saving. |

definetely worth it.
You will save some good money and you can just pick it up and drop it, just like you said. I've wrote many orders for my customers and I even did one myself for my dealership, just to experience the whole process and learn more about it. |
