Anybody else pre-order and not get the code for the downloadable car? Apparently Gamestop preorder customers were supposed to get a code for a special M5.

Now that you mention it, no I didn't - I got the one for the Audi in e-mail, then two cards for D/L content in the package itself . . . but no M5.

Yeah I got all those. But on the forza website on the car list page it mentions a Gamestop M5. Looks like I'm going to be paying them a visit tomorrow.

I don't feel like posting up a full review. I bought the collector's edition. Not sure if it was worth the money, but idc really. Fuckin' sick keychain came with it. All I'm going to say is this...

I can see myself throwing a lot of hours out the window because of this game. It's pretty deep, but there are some minor annoyances. The beginning sucks. I hate FWD and AWD, and that's all you're stuck with for a while. And jesus do the low end classes feel boring (but much more fun than F2 for some reason - the tires don't feel like they're on crisco; much more realistic feeling). Also, I hate the beginning of every race with the stupid engine revving and '3, 2, 1' shit. The load times are also slightly aggravating, probably equatable to F2's.

Car selection PISSES ME OFF. They're lacking a TON of modern choices. I'm sure they'll be DL content later on, but FUCK, no 2010 Mustang? Really? Tons of other major omissions.

So yeah, I'm gonna be playing the fuck out of it regardless.

^I agree. I know GT5 will have all these cars PLUS more and you don't have to pay extra for DLC content or what have you....

Sometimes the AI in the game is dumb as FK! I mean will run straight into a wall...randomly.

Can an e36 M3 even make it to 155 mph?

On the same note, the speed rating on the Lexus IS350 is higher than the 135i too. WTF??

Can't the Lexus do more than 155? Maybe that has something to do with it? IDK.

And I'm pretty sure the E36 can hit ~165 once it's delimited. From the factory it's 137.

Anyone noticed that the game is lacking good selection of aftermarket wheels? Some of my favorite wheels brands like HRE, BBS, Advan, etc. only have 2-3 selections. Forza 2 had alot more options in wheels.

Btw, I like how they have two options for turbo upgrade for the N54 in the 135i already. haha, if only they have that in real life.
