Just something for everyone to keep in mind when mixing suspension components...
Reducing suspension travel without increasing spring rate in conjunction with using shorter, firmer bumpstops may create a very steep overall effective progressive spring rate (like a hockey stick). In extreme cases this could create unpredictable handling and a ride that goes from plush to jarring very quickly. |

Good thing these are not extreme cases and the perches work very well with stock or aftermarket springs. We have installed and test driven with most lowering springs, aftermarket shocks and various bump stops. No unpredictable handling or a ride that goes from plush to jarring at all

Eibach+Koni+perch?
I'm getting ready to put Eibach Prokit springs and Koni FSD dampers on my E93 and am considering these perches.
Do you think the front of these convertibles will be too low with this set up since the E93 is heavier? Thanks

HiHoAg: No since the rear is where the weight is heavier. Will be a nice addition for the E93

Was wondering what is involved in installing these perches?
I just found out what it takes to put in new shocks and springs (muuuch more involved than my E46) and was considering doing the perches alone at first. Thanks

No, thank you! I never understood why the front of our BMWs are higher than in the rear. The perches solve this very issue!
feel free to use my pictures Eric. btw PM sent.
