I have heard this line about once every time I walk into a dealership where some pissed off dude yells at a service person angrily "I've owned X number of bmw's from this dealership, and this is not the service I'd expect to get..blah blah blah blah blah blah! "

Wonder how many time's he's used it?

this guy should be on oprah lol. thats crazy, but i understand if he probably has a new SUV, COUPE, Convertible, and Sedan every year and then trades them in at the end of the year!
