Any mod friendly dealers in South Florida

I have a Helix Intercooler and I am looking to install some downpipes.

Anyone have positive experience with dealers or service guys that don't care about mods?

Thanks in advance!

Are u looking for a tech to swap out your stock downpipes for aftermarket at a dealership? I know a guy that works at braman motors that may be able to help you out. Pm me if u want his info. Otherwise, why not take your car to active and have them install it for you?

Thanks for the info! I will PM you.

I am actually just worried about POST install of downpipes. I don't want to go to the dealership for standard service and oil changes and have my warranty voided because of the downpipes / O2 sims.

Thumbs up

Well in my 330 I used to have a lot of mods install and I never had a problem I recommend the Ft.Lauderdale BMW at us1 ( don't go to the one in Pines they are assholes) call the service department and ask for "Mark from the mini service department". tell him that Jean Calvino the guy with the blue 330i send you.

he is the best service adviser ever, he will have no problem making an appt with u even that he is from the mini department. (the good thing about that is that he is not really busy with minis so he can give you an appt for the next day ).

I think Nick is the BMW tech that he always use to work in my car, I don't think he really care about mods ( once I had a problem with the vanos sys and I took my car with the aftermarket intake and everything and they did not care )

good luck

PD: the only thing is that Mark does not have BMW loaners so you may probably end up in a mini for a day or a Enterprise car.

I go to Vista in Coconut creek and use an SA named Tom. He said they are pretty mod friendly and if you give him the heads up he will let the mechanic know and there shouldnt be a problem. I took my car there with the active exhaust but I still took out my procede before I went but I would check him out too.
