An X-Pipe will help with drone but I am surprised to hear you are getting drone with this exhaust. We have it on our 335 with the straight pipe setup and Riss Racing catless DP's without any droning.

I don't buy the xpipe solution. I had a britalman exhaust that droned with an xpipe, and now have the AE exhaust that has no X or H pipe and it does not drone.

It depends. Sometimes the drone has to do with the rear section.
Adding resonators won't help because resonators take away high pitch sounds (which isn't the drone).

If you want to try it then it won't hurt. X pipes should reduce the sound a good amount expecially at WOT.

x pipe should help lessen the drone if any, but im sure its possible to do without as well. Itll just depend on the design.

Don't AT tend to drone more than MTs?

^+1 that is a big 10-4 on the AT drone, but an X-pipe should help.

Try it and let us know if it worked...we have much to learn about the various exhaust setups for the 335 to get decent sound and power and to reduce the annoying drone effect...no harm in experimenting
