Engine light is on, here are the codes..

- 2CAB
- 2CA7

We just checked that, those codes stands for DP's catalys.

i m not sure if we are right or not but do not know how to fix it. once we update the procede with new map/firmware , would it be gone? because what i know so far procede is able to fix that. ?

Thanks,

I read it somewhere to set the O2 fix @ 80%?

So I take it that you don't have the O2 SIM?

Hi there,
I don't have those codes in my list. I can add them. Do you know the exact definition of it?

If they are catalyst inefficiency codes, all you need to do is set the user adjustable "o2 modifier" to 80% and clear the code (with the PROcede). It should not come back on again.

As with the speed delimiter feature, the default maps do not have the o2 sim/modifier active. You will have to active them yourself using the user software.

Thanks,
That sounds more like a bad sensor. Front o2 sensor, bank 2. Should be covered under warranty if you can get your car back to stock. If not, i think a new o2 sensor costs around $150 or so. The o2 sim feature in the PROcede wont fix this as it only adjusts the signal in the rear o2 sensors.

what if i leave it way it is right now, would it harm the car or any power loss possibilities ?

Yes it could cause problems because the DME uses the signal from the front o2 sensors for fuel control. Get it fixed for sure.
