He's not the first one to do this. A couple years ago, this guy set his car on fire because he couldn't afford to pay for gas anymore due to rising gas prices.

how is this arson? Unless he was doing it for insurance fraud, its not arson. Arson is the malicious burning of someone elses property, not your own.

That would be like me getting charged for arson for burning my trash, or tree limbs or something. Maybe the car didnt work anymore, he couldnt afford to get it fixed, so he torched it. He shouldnt have done it so close to a building, but if its his property, how the hell is it arson??
