Garage List
2006 BMW  [0.00]
Not needed since they are 2 small turbos/DI and not like a regular turbo that would need time before shutting down. Not very pratical for everyday use especially on a BMW. Just think who would want to wait a min or so before shutting down the car? Not many! Good thought though.

True you dont need a turbo timer. Just stay out of boost before you shut your car off. A turbo timer is a waste. I use the stay out of boost method with my evo, and the turbo is strong as ever. Just dont run your car hot/hard and turn it off. Basically use your head.

And also arnt the turbos coated with heat material so they dont run as hot as older turbos?
