Here you go...line on the bottom is stock...line at the top is after tune.
![]() I can post some comparisions between the 335i and 335d on the same graph on Monday when I am back in the workshop. Here is a graph showing torque and BHP from a 135i as comparison. ![]()

Definitely a torque monster
Check out this evolve tuned 335d running against a tuned S4 Bi Turbo at Vmax earlier this year. Thanks, Imran.
I wonder if the shift points for the 335d auto have been lowered so that the car can stay in max torque range. Looks like the gasoline version will wind out to a higher rpm than the diesel. I guess this is normal, but to take full advantage of the monster torque, the shift points should be different for the d and the i. Are they ? |
