a Dallas deaker said if you order now, it has to be an '07
but '06s are still coming out of production because my dealer ( a different one) searched '06s in production for me so they could redirect one if we found what I wanted. We ended up finding one at a different dealer that they trade with

Just out of curiosity why would anyone order a 325 when you could get a 328. I mean the ones on the lot will probably be cheaper, but if you order a new one wouldn't it be the same price?

I believe the 328 E90 is $1,500 more than 325. For some people 15 HP is not worth it. Furthermore, some dealers are heavily discounting 325's, not so much with 328's.

The last of the 06 builds are on their way and so no more 06's are being ordered! Only can order 07's now.

can't order anymore but I bet you can still find some on the lot for a good deal. Probably need to hurry if you're hoping to get one in the color / option of your choice.

Exactly, if you think about it if the people who bought the 325i wanted more power, they would have bought the 330i. If 40 extra HP + more standard features did not worth the $5000 premium, 15 more HP without extra features does not justify $1500 more. I think this model change helps the 325i value, but hurts the 330i.

Hi, the US E90 325 has 3,0 liter capacity, it has been downtuned... this means that tuned back to full power! Yeah.... 260 Bhp should easily be possible!

Well downtuned can be many things, I am not sure how "easily possible" it will be. Anyway, I will probably not be touching mine until it's out of warranty.

I received a mailing from BMW stating that they will pay to first monthly payment on a lease of a 3 series '06.

They are trying to clear them!

You could get lucky if financing falls thru or the buyer backs out of the build. I bought mine off the lot like that.
