Swift spring conversion for KW V3

Has anyone here done this? What spring rate did you use and how did you like it? I'm thinking of installing KW V3 w/ swift springs on my DD and looking for suggestions.

Car is set up for spirited DDing and canyon runs, and occasional track days. I'm not entirely happy with current suspension, want something a little stiffer. Indy recommending V3s over others, they know me and my car and I trust them.

I also need ride height adjustability but don't want to go any lower. I'm already 10 mm below sport suspension ride height and tires are rubbing over bumps. V3s will lower car an additional 1/4" in front at max ride height, rears should be about the same it is currently at max ride height. Need longer springs at least in the front, and want to make sure I select the best spring rate.
