Unusual road noise

My car is lowered and I have a set of 18".

Since maybe a month, my car has a loud kind of "brrrr...." noise. No real vibrations, but it is not as smooth as it used to be.

Referring to similar experience I had with another car,. I checked all lug bolts and all but one wheel were at least 88lbs-ft.

The car doesn't pull on either side

Is it possible that one wheel is not installed correctly? Can it be because a wheel is damaged? Maybe I'd better check the inner side of the rims but no loss of air.

Could it be because of a bad wheel bearing? Looking for ideas.

Lightbulb

It was obviously this.

Style 162 18". No tear - can it be repaired? Typical cost?

WOW! That's crazy. I have Goodyear Eagle F1's and they're loud around 20-35 mph but now i'm scared one of my wheels looks like that ^

I got my rims (18 in) fixed at a local shop in Calgary for between 80 and 100 each. It was a similar problem but not as severe. The guy explained to me that it would be bent then machined.

The wheel repair shop that I went to (Alberta Wheel Repair) had some issues with it so I kind of went in knowing the risks. If you find a place, there are probably reviews online somewhere...
