VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – August 5, 2009 – Canfe Ventures Ltd. (TSX‐V:FEY.P) reports the
termination by mutual agreement of the share exchange agreement relating to Canfe’s proposed
purchase of Dinan Engineering, Inc. The preliminary prospectus filed by Canfe relating to the planned
concurrent financing has been withdrawn.
Trading in Canfe’s shares is expected to resume following the dissemination of this news release.
