xDrive trans jolts into gear?

Anyone else have this happen, when accelerating from a stop while turning, sometimes the rpms go upbut the car is like searching for a gear for half a second, then it feels like the trans slams into gear and the car bumps forward kinda noticeable? 2009 335xi..

I think this is not the brakes. I can feel a little slip/jerk while turning and getting going from a stop.

Almost like the TC is slipping a bit before it catches, which makes sense given the unequal tire movement in a turn.

Yes it could be something like that too. I would think that more people than just I would experience that, however.

I also noticed something when slowing to a complete stop. When slowing to a stop, whether in drive or coasting in neutral, JUST before the car stops..I mean in the going from 1 mph to zero, there is a tiny little vibration...a shudder, almost a purr of sorts. And then the car stops. I can't tell if it's brakes chattering, vibration from something disengaging, or what
