E92 lease rate of 6.9% of 3 years?
That's what the "build" on bmw.ca says. That's lower than I was expecting; my dealer had told me 7.45%.
BTW, my dealers giving me $1000 off MSRP in Ottawa. Anyone think I can get better in Montreal or TO? The car's going to have sport, premium, nav, comfort access, bluetooth. So, its quiet a bit over the base price. |

Seems like the lease and finance rate is 6.9%. As for $1,000 off msrp, I'd say that is probably on the high end of average. The most I've seen reported is $1,500, but it seems like most dealers will only do $500-$1,000.

I got 6.9% (actually it was 6.7% since I did a single lease payment) when I got my e90... it's down to 3.9% now as I'm sure it will be with time for the E92.
As far as the discount, shop around. All MTL dealers were sticking to a 1% for new buyers and 2% for people already with BMWs discount scheme initially with the E90. I doubt it will be worth buying out of province though, maybe TO. |

You should also know that if you have or had an active lease or finance with BMW over the last six months, you are qualified for a reduction of 0.5% of the advertised rates for your loyalty.
