Do I have to switch back to OEM wheels and Tires???

I am having an issue with a warped front right rotor and will have to bring my E92 in for repair. My question is, that I have aftermarket wheels and tires on the car (19" CSL Reps with generals). It came with 17" wheels and AS tires. Do I have to switch back to the OEM setup before I bring it in for service to replace the rotor? I don't want them to say it was the non OEM tire package that caused the rotor to get warped (like wrong wheel torque or something).

Thanks for the advice

Perhaps it was the aftermarket wheel that warped the rotor - or at least whoever mounted it.

Very good idea to swap back to OEM.
