Need a good pair of Non-rft's for my 335i coupe

I have a year left on my lease and cannot stand the rft's. I have the 18' sport package, what is a good pair of not too expensive tires that will fit my guy which are NOT Run Flat. If possible I prefer them to be all-weather rather than summer tires, thanks alot.

I thought I read some other posts that said a lease return had to have equivalent tires at the time of return. I don't know one way or the other but maybe someone else who has returned a leased E9x with run flats can reply.

nankang ns2- $265.38 installed for both rears
nexen n3000- $340. installed for both rears

You can't go wrong with YOKOHAMA tires.
