VMR's Advice

I am looking to get VMR V710 for my 335D. What is the ride differnce between 18 and 19's. Does anyone have any pictures of their V710's. Is VMR a good brand it seems kind of cheap $800 for 4 rims? Please reply.:readthethread

Ride difference will be big. 19s are going to feel more rough when compared to 18s

my vmr 19in v713s w/o runflats IMO ride smoother then my 17's with run flats ever did! I doubt it would be that much more noticeable between 18s and 19s... maybe just a little...

Within the first 100 yds, I could feel the difference in the 19" VMR 710s with non-run flats vs. the 18" 189s. It's more the run flat vs. the non, but the ride was a lot smooth and you could feel the road considerable more.

Besides, the VMR's look awesome.

well i mean they are cheap they are cast wheels after all. Rims are kind of like cars the more expensive they are, the more they are generally better but not all the time.

Go with the 19's, I find the 18s to be too small for this chassis. It worked on the E46 but the E9X needs a 19" wheel IMO to fill out the fender. The 19s will be a bit stiffer because of the lower profile tire but the difference is not huge, most of our customers DD 19" wheels when they purchase.

VMR is a great brand, I can't speak enough about their quality and reputation. They are priced well and offer a solid product.

VMRs look sick, but keep in mind they are cast wheel which is much cheaper than forged.

I also have 19" V710's and they are awesome. VMR is a great company to deal with. Like someone mentioned, it's a great wheel. If you want high quality, you'll pay high prices. This is good quality at very good prices. Worth every penny.

19" wheels and a good set of tires will be the deal breaker
