David, if you're going tonight, can you gather group rates/setup etc.

I'm up to try this. I need to plan ahead, though, because I work in downtown DC and getting to Sterling after work is tough. A weekend go would be great, though.

Damn. I missed your post. I went for a bike ride, instead. You know...exercise. Us old guys need exercise, otherwise we can't get into or out of our cars.

It was a relatively short ride--about 20 miles down Beech Drive to the Crescent Trail past Bethesda and down a ways, then meandered around Bradley over to Old Georgetown and home to Rockville.

I was thinking about PM'ing you, but it was a last minute decision to ride with a buddy from my office. If the 7-day forecast predicts we'll get another decent day I'll contact you so we can plan ahead. Or vice versa.

the end of my ride is usually end of Crescent Downtown Bethesda by the Euro Motors cafe area for a 30 minute lunch rest and maybe a nap

Nvm, they are blocked today after 6.

My report is this: karts are fast, track is good, MINI_Grand Prix is overpriced if you're a member. You must call two weeks in advance to make appointments for group events.

Helmets, suits, and gloves are provided. All you need is a valid driver's license and some money. I gotta call them tomorrow to see what slots are open for Saturday.
