Good stuff from the Evolve boys , it's amazing they have managed to get this far using GPower!

German efficiency and communication should never appear in the same sentence
I have to say that G Power communication is nothing short of excellent. I can pick up the phone anytime in office hours and they are there.
We were kept fully updated on our parts and when they would arrive.

Absolutely brilliant service.

Any press lined up to test it at all?
I should think Evo would be all over it like a rash.

We've just finished a dyno session on the G Power car.

G Power quote 600bhp and 570Nm torque

We have dynoed a very large number of M3's on our dyno and with 99 ron fuel they all make approx 420hp.

This one made 422hp and approx 400Nm torque.

Dynoed in exactly the same way, the G Powered car has made:

616 BHP / 580Nm

Will post up dyno graph in seperate thread.

Sounds like a supercar in sheeps clothing (relatively speaking)

It's a supercar slayer to be honest.

btw.......the above quoted figures are the least power it made!

That was after 10 consecutive dyno runs and it wouldn't make any less.

It's not stupidly loud.

It sounds very expotic like a supercar. Very quite under cruising.

Videos coming soon.

Wonder how it would stack up against a Carrera GT. Similar HP and torque, but the M3 being considerably heavier. Approx 270KG heavier.

Have a look at the technical discussion to see one of the highest power outputs this car made.

Carl - I've never had the pleasure of driving a GT but all I can say is this is a missile.

Sultan had his first drive of it today, he is used to silly horsepower Japanese things........he was totally lost for words!

We all said one thing though - anymore power is just total utter madness.
Grip is a bit of an issue with this one.

Mikey......if you don't want a big dent in your wallet or you have a partner who may divorce you for making such a purchase I suggest you leave your cards at home and just bring exactly the right amount of money for the work your having done! ONce you experience this your going to want it.

Horsepower figures are one thing........the experience is totally something else.

The dual filter carbon intake is now fitted. Unfortunately turned up a little late and we were unable to get it done for the BMWCAR shoot.

The carbon airbox is a total work of art with a proper sealed system which works just like a stock M3 intake.

Intake temperatures are greatly reduced and the response is even better than before.

Pictures coming tommorrow of the whole thing finished.
