"Cosmic Girl" by Jamiroquai. Everytime I hear that song, I go full throttle!!
Also "Pumping on Steel" by Billy Idol. This song was on the radio the first time I went for v-max on my E46 330Ci some years ago. I was doing 265 km/h on the speedo side by side with a Porsche Boxster S, and neither of us could gain even a meter on each other. We went like this for the duration of the song. Now, everytime I hear it, it makes me want to go to v-max again!!

I love Pitbull: Dammit man, and Paul Wall: Still tippin'.

Those songs hit hard! (For those who don't know, I'm talking about the bass).

I also love playing Phil Vassar's "Six pack summer" in the summertime.

See, I love rap *and* country.

My song has been Love Comes again by DJ Tiesto lately. It sounds GREAT with Logic 7!

The guitar solo in "Rock You Like A Hurricane" by The Scorpions always gives me the picture in my head of a car driving off a cliff and bursting to flames like in one of those old 70's police movies. So I try to stay away from listening to that one while driving...

bmw330ipty, sandstorm is fantastic..especially when drivin down newbury street or fenway (unless there is a sox game on ... i used to play that all the time.

Have you guys ever heard of Speedway at Nazareth by Mark Knopfler. It is an unbelievable song about racing; now i just need to buy a car so i can hear it while driving.

have you heard the song? towards the end of it, it just makes me want to push the car to its limits.

by the way, although being a Mark Knopfler fan, i honestly dont know much at nazareth speedway. any historical significance?

I love Tiesto, Armin Van Buren, Groove Coverage, and Motorcycle... They tend to make me drive fast, but for just cruising around its generally whatever is on the radio or if I am tired I like Jazz.

"Save me" by Unwritten Law.

If you've seen the video, they make a point to show the escape getting out on the road can be when you need to just forget about life.

There's a part of the video where he parks in heaven's parking lot (its a huge dance club) and the bouncer there says that he couldn't get into heaven because he had too much fun while he was alive. He goes back to the parking lot and tries to get back into his car, and he can't get in because the door handles disappear. No car-That would be hell.

Heaven is an open road and a bimmer.
