09 328i service loaner CPO

I'm looking at a service loaner 09 328i sedan with navi, premium. 8900 miles.
This happens to be a CPO which is very rare (3.5yr orig warranty + 2yr CPo warranty).

I am seriously considering getting a non-sport because of the new nav system, low miles, and 5.5yr warranty
Dealer's price is 38k.

What should I offer?

turn your civic in and put $2k down, might get you at about 30k, if they give you 5k for your car. of course depending the year/condition..

38k is way too high for a loaner. ask for about 34-35 and then trade in your car as well
