Where is the headliner swap diy?

Im trying to remove my headliner but cant find any diy. Is there one? I have no idea how to remove half of this stuff. Thanks

Is there also PDF file for removing/replacing sunroof shade? It is impossible even when the Sunroof glass is removed because you can't slide it out there is inside some black metal thing which is holding it.

Used this today to replace headliner. Good info.

Anyone know the best way to remove sunroof sunshade? Best I have come up with is to put glass in tilt position and remove the side screws that are hidden by the rubber folding trim. This hopefully removes the glass and then allows me access from outside the car to the sunshade. Hoping this is right because I don't feel like dropping the headliner again.
