How to maintain a convertible?

How you maintain your convertibles? My e93 is 2 years old and the roof is making strange noises. I use BMW gummi pflegde but it helps only for 2-3 days.

It is the track that is making noises or the fabric sound like it is stretching? If it is the track and pulls, just use some light lube like lithium grease. I have used this stuff on my sunroof tracks for this reason and it works very well.
