Is this a fair price for 2007 328i e92 $27500!!!

I just bought my new car from the dealer.

The car is 2007 328i e92

Black/Saddle Brown
Nav
AUTO
Premium
Comfort Access
33600 mil

The car has some minor scratches but not a big deal.

27500+ tax = $30000

Is this a fair price?

The car has a warranty form BMW until 7/11

Can I bring this car to the BMW dealer for checking everything?

Is there any cost for checking?

Thank you.

You can have a dealership do a basic check on it for you. I think it runs around $100, maybe $150 tops, but at this point what's the use since you already purchased the car?

Most people do the inspection BEFORE you purchase, therefore if they do find something you have the decision to use the warranty or just pass on it.

And is it CPO'd? You said you bought it from the dealer. If its a CPO its been inspected inside and out.

Well I bought a BMW CPO E92 328xi a year ago with premium, sport (w/18") and winter package with 20,900 miles for $28,000... I'm pretty sure you could bring it to the BMW dealers.. unless the previous owner done something to the car to void the warranty.. but you said its cover by warranty so it should be fine...

When you guys say you got E9x for [insert good deal here], are you guys talking in terms of out-the-door?
