Anyone got a firm E92 delivery date? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Got my invite to see the car at the dealer's "official launch" this weekend (exclusive - just me and everyone else on their mailing list!). Just wondered how many lucky people would be driving one away Saturday or Sunday or if anyone has a firm date to pick up.

I was offered the 23rd but I can't make it that weekend (wedding), so its going have to be the next saturday (30th).
Hopefully it should get a better PDI by not rushing

Wow! That is restraint! I think I would miss my own wedding for that!

I was SO torn between the 335i and D. Hope I made the right choice!

I saw an E92 going the other way on the M20 2 nights ago. I had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't a 6 series.

It was definitely a 3'er.

I am hoping to collect mine on the 25th, was going to be 23rd, but with the launch it has got delayed slightlty, can't wait though

I figured that it's only a few hp short but the torque is much greater and the fuel will be much better aswell. I have had enough of 21mpg with my current M3. both should be great though. How did you spec yours??

Hi, if I am honest I ended up with 335i for two reasons: I wont get another car close to this again and it was the lure of (1) > 300bhp and (2) <6seconds 0-60. The fact that I will use these once in every 100 times I use the car is of course irrelevant!

I got auto, front PDC, towbar (don't ask), space grey, jade grey leather (which I now find is not a recommended combination per the big brochure), alum trim, 230 wheels.

I was told it was starting build last Saturday and would finish last Monday (week 40 was mentioned, can't recall if that was build or delivery). No firm delivery date yet, although 12 October was mentioned and dealer said they usually come in early. Here's hoping!

I went for Black, with jade grey interior with black trim, style 230 rims, sat nav, auto, comfort access, sunroof, upgraded hifi, basically i went mad, a waste of money alot of it but hey. Spoke with my dealer 10 mins ago and still confident i can take delivery mon 25th.

Looks great in black - but you wil have to keep it clean! One reason I got metallic!
