He said the PROcede is V3, but by the look of the price he's asking for, it should be Rev.II w/CANbus........

Can you confirm that? V3 is just the version, there's two revisions within that, hence the names Rev.I and Rev.II (although Rev.II has CANbus and non-CANbus versions).
